The Royal Bank of Scotland is offering the Ethoca data-sharing service as part of its expanding range of customer-not-present fraud management tools for retailers. The service, which gauges the fraud-risk associated with any given transaction, will be made available to customers of RiskGuardian, RBS' specialist risk management solution. -
