Internet Retailing 2008 — Screwfix Direct on the benefits of user generated content

Susan Young, Screwfix Direct's web retention & communications manager, will be presenting information on the impact of user-generated content and how it will help direct the future of Screwfix Direct, both in terms of merchandising and the in-store experience, at Internet Retailing 2008 on Tuesday 7 October.
Screwfix Direct launched its customer generated Rate & Review service across its product range in June 2008. Susan is responsible for the company's customer engagement strategy. After six years at Screwfix, primarily in change management, she now leads the company's C2C marketing activities, working to build loyalty and brand advocacy by empowering her community of customers. Her presentation, "UGC: More than 'Marketing 2.0", forms part of the Rich Customer Experience session within the main conference at Internet Retailing 2008.
