Intelligent sending increases email opening rates
An 'intelligent time sending' feature has been added to the PureResponse email system to help e-retailers identify when recipients are most likely to open and read their emails.
Intelligent time sending is based on the recipient's individual behavioural history, which includes information on when they clicked or opened previous emails, and when they initially subscribed or opted-in to receive a retailer's marketing. The system will use this data to calculate the optimal time to send an email to each recipient and automatically schedule the email to be sent within one hour of the optimal time.
