On Thursday March 6th Teleperformance are holding a free afternoon conference on the theme of “How can you increase sales through multi-channel activity” The event will be hosted by Radio 4 presenter Liz Barclay and will feature sessions on the future of online retail.
Sessions include
‘What are the challenges facing companies as online retail sales grow significantly’ by Andrew McClelland, Director of Projects and Marketing – IMRG. Andrew will share the latest results from IMRG’s interactive pool of retail data and information, and discuss if the online growth trend can continue and how can companies maximise their ROI
A Case history from Sainsbury’s Supermarkets
‘What does internet growth mean for contact centre activity?’ by Chris Russell, Founding Director – eDigitalResearch. Chris will talk through the latest figures from Christmas 2007 and will explain how the trends in consumer behaviour and different sectors will affect the contact centre industry as consumers choose which channel to interact with the brand
The afternoon will be rounded off with a chaired panel session
The event will be held at the Vintners Hall on Upper Thames Street in London (www.vintnershall.co.uk ) and will last from 1pm-5pm and includes lunch
