Halifax signs up for behavioural targeting

Halifax is the latest company rolling out Omniture Touch Clarity behavioural targeting in order to match product offerings and content to individual visitor preferences. The bank anticipates that the increased intelligence applied to its online strategy will improve sales as well as enhance customer service.
