[Editorial] Nice to meet you all at last!
InternetRetailing.net's web editor, Sarah Clark, on the day's news...
My, how very nice it was to meet so many of you on Tuesday at Internet Retailing 2008. And how very nice you all turned out to be — friendly, welcoming, intelligent, innovative, exceptionally free with your expense accounts and, all in all, not at all stuck up. I think I quite like internet retailing!
As someone who is still quite new to the field, it was a great opportunity for me to meet with suppliers in the exhibition hall to get a feel for who is who in the industry and, of course, I found the conference sessions extremely useful too. Our three session chairmen have all reported back on the highlights from their streams for today's newsletter. I hope you find you learned something too.
