eDigitalResearch launches product rating solution
eDigitalResearch has launched a solution for collecting, collating and analysing user-generated product ratings. eProductRating can be tailored for use by any online business for rating any aspect of their site or service including information and products.
According to the company, eProductRating is a cost effective solution for collating direct consumer-generated content and can be programmed to provide automated star ratings and moderated results. Furthermore, the responses are collected for automatic analysis within the eDigitalResearch reporting system, which can then be fed to the product teams. In a retail environment, for example, this could highlight the highest-rated products.
