Avis Europe chooses CyberSource payment processing solution

Avis is currently updating its UK and Europe internet reservation site in a bid to improve customer service and make car rental reservations faster and simpler. The car rental company has chosen CyberSource to supply the electronic payment processing for the site.

CyberSource will enable the company to accept payments in a range of currencies to cater for consumers across Europe.

"The new website is a key part of our strategy to differentiate the consumer experience," said John Phipps, Director of Web Development for Avis Europe. "We needed a reliable payment processing solution that could seamlessly integrate with our website. In our opinion, CyberSource's payment service proved to be the best solution available."
