- Have they considered how you could benefit from a multicarrier solution? Are they aware of the range of carriers available and the different services they provide as well as the different costs and cost savings that can be achieved?
- Do they understand the weaknesses in their delivery services at the moment? Things such as the number of delivery failures and the proportion of inbound calls related to delivery. Do they understand to what extent better delivery will drive customer service?
- Are they aware of IMRGs IDIS – Internet Delivery Is Safe standards of best practice?

- Reliability in terms of responsiveness, performance and uptime
- Flexibility to introduce new carriers and carrier services at any time, with ease
- Creating a strong partnership, working with a knowledgeable, confident and friendly team
