‘M-commerce shop-in-a-box’ offering from Myvolo could simplify adding mobile to your business
Italian mobile specialist Dynamic Fun has created Myvolo Shop, a simple toolkit that allows merchants to create a mobile presence for their online – or even real world – shop. A sort of ‘m-commerce shop-in-a-box’ if you like.
The platform, which extends Dynamicfun’s mobile offering from site creation and hosting to fully fledged m-commerce hosting, comes in two flavours. For companies that want to make a significant first step into m-commerce, the company has a fully personalised top end offering that features customer front ends for specific needs, with full call centre, billing and CRM back-up. For those looking to make a more tentative step into m-commerce, there is a modular ‘build-it-yourself’ toolkit.
The CMS platform – already used by, among others. Ferrari, Fiat, Mastercard and DHL – offers an enterprise level self service platform to create a mobile shop, product list management tools, real time access to upload products and promotions creation and credit card and call centre billing that can either incorporate the business’s existing POS/call centre or can use MovyloShop’s POS.
The service also offers an integrated SMS advertising platform to push any single product page, detailed stats and sales conversions, secure admin and check out transactions and easy integration with existing e-commerce platforms. The platform is also optimized for thousands of handsets and is constantly updated, says the company.
