Visual merchandising survey identifies latest shopper preferences
A new survey by Adobe Scene7 provides interesting details on how shoppers’ relate to visual merchandising online and identifies the features that they consider most useful. Three hundred US consumers identified as ‘medium to heavy online shoppers’ were questioned in-depth for the survey and, while not all the findings will translate to the UK, it does provide detailed data on the latest trends.
The survey covers consumers’ point of view on everything from colours to customer comments and alternate views to 360-spin and identifies which products demand greatest visual support on the web and the visualization tools that shoppers rank as most useful.
Readers can download a report detailing the findings free of charge from Adobe Scene7′s website.
