Tesco begins moving grocery customers to new online platform

Tesco has begun moving its online grocery shoppers to its new Project Martini platform, Nick Lansley, the supermarket’s head of R&D, has revealed on his Tech for Tesco blog.
The transition to the new platform began once the Christmas/New Year peak period was over and 20% of customers have now been moved.
“The aim is to have moved everyone over by the end of February — we’re just taking it step-by-step at the average rate of 3% a working day as we build up load on the new service,” Lansley explains.
