This will keep customers on their site and ensure they don’t have a reason to navigate away from their sites when seeking a second opinion, only to purchase a product elsewhere. However, many ecommerce sites will fail because they have not been developed on the most robust and dynamic platform, so their ability to be evolved and enhanced is limited. Serious ecommerce brands need to understand that a site is a constantly evolving entity, and therefore needs to be created on a platform which makes this ongoing process an achievable one.
