One of the biggest problems I've noticed is campaigns managed by inexperienced people or people with a general marketing knowledge but no real experience in how email campaigns should work. People lacking a basic understanding of unsubscribe requirements, rendering issues and HTML. But I don't blame these people - organisations need to be more careful in choosing or training the relevant people to work on their campaigns, and should allocate a budget accordingly.

Totally agree!
