First, in the &quot;Change email content for the inactive segment&quot; section.  I think you should change the content before testing subject lines.  That way, if they do open, they have a new experience, different from what may had driven them away to begin with.
Secondly, how can I survey people who don&#039;t open their emails?
I DEFINITELY agree, however, in embracing the power of multichannel.
