Internet Retailing 2009: Internationalisation — how personalising your ecommerce site works across borders

To go international, there are some basics that all online retailers need to be aware of — and get right. Frank Lord is the managing director for ecommerce platform provider ATG’s Europe, Middle East and Africa operations, and in this session will present how different countries in Europe shop very differently online and how retailers can succeed with their ecommerce sites. Frank promises he’ll be sharing practical examples, do’s and don’ts, and will give you specific ideas to take home for your site.
• Internet Retailing 2009 takes place on Tuesday 13 October at the Novotel in Hammersmith, west London. The full conference agenda, along with speaker profiles, is now available online. Conference delegate and exhibition visitor registration is also now open.
