Thomas Pink and Warehouse pick ‘single view’ ecommerce system
Thomas Pink and Warehouse have become the first retailers to sign up for BT Expedite‘s Integrated Store solution.
Integrated Store is designed to allow retailers to give customers a consistent shopping experience by seamlessly integrating online and offline systems so that, for example, customers can reserve online and then pick up in store and also buy online and return in store. Once in the store, customers can also order for delivery anywhere.
“Thomas Pink will benefit from a single inventory view, even greater customer service opportunities and the sharing of knowledge across multiple channels,” says Thomas Pink’s Peter Mila. “That includes a synchronized ‘single view’ of our customers, products and inventory data throughout our business.”
BT Expedite CEO Richard Lowe adds: “Retailers tell me that achieving a single view of their brand and better integration across all channels is a priority. Our Integrated Store solution comes with multi-channel built-in.”
