In a presentation at Internet Retailing 2009 on ‘Cross Channel Customer Engagement’, Rob Collins, director of ecommerce at Waitrose, will be discussing the complex challenge of implementing a seamless view of your customer across multiple channels.

Rob will also be examining improving access to the brand by having different channels through which customers can conveniently and easily access your brand and at how those different channels can help to drive greater cross-channel brand loyalty to improve frequency, recency and spend.

Internet Retailing 2009 takes place on Tuesday 13 October at the Novotel in Hammersmith, west London. The full conference agenda, along with speaker profiles, is now available online. Conference delegate and exhibition visitor registration is also now open.
