Bensons for Beds scores 22% sales increase with Coolpink
Bensons for Beds has reported a 22% increase in online sales over the last year, and is crediting the growth to the allocation of more marketing budget to the web and the commissioning of digital agency Coolpink to develop their web strategy.
“In the current retail trading climate, it is even more crucial to squeeze the most value from our marketing spend — and so far, digital has proved to be one of the most accountable and effective in delivering results,” says Simon Williams, marketing manager at Bensons.
Coolpink has been working with Bensons for Beds since 2007, when they were first hired to rebuild their website. The Bensons website is now its largest ‘store’ and the most profitable.
