House of Fraser improves conversion rates with Adobe Scene7
House of Fraser has reported significant improvements in the performance of its website since it began using Adobe Scene7.
“We recognized that we needed to support our in-house merchants with the best functionality and tools to accomplish our growth objectives,” says Peter Callaway, director of ecommerce at House of Fraser. “Adobe Scene7 is helping us to engage new customers and to meet our challenging revenue targets.”
Adobe Scene7 features used by House of Fraser include Dynamic Imaging to instantly render all product images in different sizes; Detailed Product Zoom; Templating for highlighting critical product information; eCatalogs for bringing print materials to the web, and Media Portal to make assets available to internal users as well as key vendors and the press.
“House of Fraser is a brand-conscious department store serving brand-conscious customers,” adds Colette Wilson, ecommerce development lead at House of Fraser. “Scene7 gives us the ability to completely control the brand experience and achieve the same high-touch shopping experience enjoyed by shoppers in our brick-and-mortar stores.”
