Zappos.com scoops global Etailer of the Year gong

US footwear, clothing and accessories retailer Zappos.com has won the coveted Etailer of the Year award at the World Retail Congress in Barcelona.
Four UK retailers — Mydeco.com, New Look, Tesco and Topman — had been in the running for the title after making it to the shortlist of finalists along with Yoox.com from Italy.
