New Look picks ATG for next generation ecommerce system
New Look has chosen ATG to deliver its next generation multi-channel ecommerce platform. The ATG Commerce solution will be implemented in partnership with Accenture.
Adrian Thompson, group business change director at New Look, said of the deal, “Having successfully grown our e-commerce business to a 2.79% market share, we have recognised our customer appetite to enjoy a true multi channel experience, and feel that the ATG platform will enable us to successfully deliver the e-commerce element of that customer centric strategy.”
Frank Lord, vice president at ATG EMEA explains, “Consumers now expect a seamless shopping experience from retailers, both on and offline. New Look targets young, internet-savvy customers so being able to offer an exceptional multi-channel offering is crucial to remain competitive and maximise sales in the economic downturn. New Look is one of the fastest growing retailers in this market and we are delighted to be working with them to support their growth online.”
