Kew reports 30% increase in conversion rate on new website
Fashion retailer Kew is reporting an increase of 30% in the conversion rate on its website since it relaunched on the Fresca Commerce platform from BT Fresca.
“Since the launch of the new site we’ve seen the rate of conversion increase by 30%,” says Angus Jenkins, head of home shopping at Kew Online. “Clear navigation, detailed product images, intuitive filtering and cross-sells have led our customers to return more frequently, placing larger orders.”
“Having recently updated their back office merchandising system to Microsoft Dynamics, Kew had the opportunity to upgrade their website to integrate with this new technology and at the same time step up to the next generation of e-commerce,” says BT Fresca.
“BT Fresca is a business that could guarantee to get the design and implementation completed within the required timeframe against a very challenging brief,” Jenkins explains. “We had every confidence in the benefits to be gained from the functionality of the Fresca Commerce Platform.”
