Chris Poad to head up software and video games at Amazon UK

Chris Poad has become the new director of software and video games at Amazon UK. Chris is moving to Amazon from Freeman Grattan Holdings, the UK arm of Otto, where he headed up ecommerce activities for both traditional catalogues like Freemans and Grattan and innovative new online properties like Oli.
One of the most popular speakers at Internet Retailing 08, Chris is also a long-term games fan and spent three years in online search at Ask Jeeves.
